5-Day Weekly Smoothie Schedule

Monday - Green Detox

Base: Kale + Spinach
Fruits: Apple + Lemon
Extras: Cucumber + Ginger
Liquid: Add water or coconut water

Tuesday - Antioxidant Berry Boost

Base: Spinach (mild greens)
Fruits: Blueberries + Pomegranate
Extras: Flax seeds + Lemon
Liquid: Add almond milk or water

Wednesday - Tropical Paradise

Base: Kale
Fruits: Avocado + Coconut
Extras: Cucumber + Apple cider vinegar
Liquid: Coconut water

Thursday - Immune Support

Base: Spinach
Fruits: Orange + Apple
Extras: Ginger + Pomegranate
Liquid: Orange juice or water

Friday - Recovery & Energy

Base: Kale + Spinach
Fruits: Strawberries + Avocado
Extras: Flax seeds + Cinnamon
Liquid: Almond milk or water


Ingredient Prep Tips:

  • Wash and prep greens at the beginning of the week
  • Freeze fruits in individual portions for each day
  • Pre-measure seeds and spices into small containers
  • Rotate ingredients if you get bored with any combination

Smoothie Base Formula:

  • 1-2 cups leafy greens
  • 1-2 cups fruit
  • 1 tbsp healthy fats (flax seeds, avocado)
  • 1 cup liquid
  • Flavor enhancers (ginger, cinnamon, lemon)

Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until smooth. Add ice if desired.
